The state-of-the-art system covers the entire GCC with precise mapping of all major cities and off-road navigation to keep you on track in the harshest desert. The Navi Edition is available across the entire Nissan and Infiniti models.
Everything is designed to give you more relaxed, carefree driving. No more fumbling with maps, hunting for street signs or having to ask for directions.
The system talks to you in Arabic or English or another 7 languages to guide you to any destination in the GCC in style and comfort.

Know where you are & where you're going
Nissan Navi Edition comes with a high resolution monitor which plots your vehicle's position on a digital map of the local road network. Once a destination has been chosen, the high-powered computer calculates a route to your destination.
Time and distance to destination are provided instantly.
Once you are driving , the computer uses its patented on-board VIP sensors (Vehicle Independent Positioning)and map-matching to detect movement and change in direction. It accurately updates your position and provides guidance on your journey.
Furthermore the Navigation System can give you information on nearby restaurants, hotels and other travel destinations.

Off-road you're always on course
Now you can drive with complete condidence into the desert wilderness as Nissan Navi Edition offers you a fully functional off-road navigation with the help of a GPS.
The "Breadcrumbing" function will always guide you back the way you came . The system digitally records your movements and allows you to follow your electronic tracks when you wish to return.
The Navi Edition also gives you a more accurate clinometer pitch and roll reading . And for ultimate peace of mind a "Locate" button instantly gives your current position with the distance to the next road in front of you and the last road you passed.
You can also enter colourful way points to mark your spots of interest and always find your way back by simply asking the system to calculate a return route.

More than just a Navigation System.At the touch of a button the Nissan Navi Edition gives you the complete multimedia system.The monitor becomes a TV,DVD,VCD,
JPEG & MPEG player while your in-vehicle sound system is incorporated into the system.
Rear parking sensors which comes as standard on Navi Edition, will give you an audible (beep-beep) warning if you approach an object while reversing . Safe parking is ensured with Navi Edition.

Choice comes as standard with the Nissan Navi Edition. The voice guidance is available in Arabic, or English or another 7 languages,with a choice of male or female voice .
The Navigation system will also memorise specific routes or destinations, and give you options on directions in the event that you need to take alternative routes.Say you find yourself in a traffic jam, for example. Simply enter your destination again and the advanced system will give you the quickest route by distance , by time or to avoid major roads.
